Topsy’s has been around since 1950, where they began in Kansas City, Missouri. Today, there are 12 franchised popcorn and ice cream shops in Kansas City and the surrounding areas. Topsy’s Popcorn is available in a variety of flavors including butter, caramel, spicy cinnamon, tangy cheese, and caramel with pecans or peanuts. YUM! You can also get pretzels and combo tins with more than one flavor.

Topsy’s popcorn comes in cute, decorative tins or you can buy refill bags. The tins come in 4 sizes: 6.5 gallon, 3.5 gallon, 2 gallon, or 1 gallon tins. The refill bags will fill a 6.5 gallon tin. Around the holidays, they have fun and festive tins – I’m sure you could find one to fit any occasion! Here are some great ones–the hearts for Valentine’s Day, a birthday tin, etc:

For my review, we were sent a 3.5 gallon tin that was half cheese popcorn and half caramel popcorn–our two favorites! First, the 3.5 gallon size was PLENTY. It lasted forever and we snacked on it pretty often! Second, it was delicious. I think cheese was my favorite, but sometimes I was in a sweeter mood and the caramel hit the spot. And sometimes I wanted both at the same time
This would make a great gift, too–I love that the tins are reusable, either for more popcorn refills or really anything around your house!

GIVEAWAY: one lucky reader will win a 3.5 gallon popcorn tin in their choice of popcorn flavor(s). The tin will be a snowflake design (pictured above) to celebrate this winter season! Please use the form below to enter.

King Arthur Flour has been around since 1790–when George Washington had just become president…. yea! Totally cool. They are America’s oldest flour company and are 100% employee owned, located in Vermont. I love King Arthur Flour because I know I can trust their products, they have great customer service, and their products . . . → Read More: King Arthur Flour: cookie & cupcake decorating set

We have an entire set of stainless steel cookware that we bought three years ago with gift money from our wedding. We pretty much hate it. Why’d we buy it? I don’t know… we thought it’d be awesome? I thought it was pretty? Well it sucks. They’re not pretty anymore, that’s for sure. They turn brown, look dirty, stuff sticks to them all the time.

I really want to switch to an entire set of non-stick cookware. We’re slowly working our way there… For our review, Teflon sent us a Farberware Restaurant Pro 8″ Open Skillet.

I was very pleased with the thickness and quality of the aluminum skillet with Teflon coating. We all know that Teflon makes cleanup a breeze, but what I loved most about the design of this skillet was the way the weight balanced to prevent the handle from tipping the whole pan, preventing inefficient and uneven cooking. It was the perfect size for grilling one sandwich at a time…. which I do a lot! Also the 8″ skillet was just the right size for making scrambled eggs as they didn’t run too thin–I used it to make them for dinner tonight
GIVEAWAY: One lucky winner will receive a high quality Farberware Restaurant Pro 12″ Open Skillet with non-stick Teflon coating! Please use the form below to enter.

Rubbermaid has been a household name for more than 70 years. Starting with the classic housewares, they’ve since grown and expanded to include tons of products from home and garden to seasonal and commercial. Did you know that Rubbermaid is one of only 100 companies named as having an impact on the American way of life?! So cool. I don’t think you can have a complete kitchen without Rubbermaid!
I’m an organizing nerd. Sure, my house may be a mess sometimes, but I LOVE products that help me stay organized. The Rubbermaid kitchen products are PERFECT. Looooove:

(Also? You know you’re getting old when household items like this are super exciting to own, lol.) For our review, I was sent the Glass with Easy Find Lids. These things are perfect. We’re working on replacing all of our plastic storage containers with glass–it’s just more durable and safe.
The lids snap to the bases of the containers and to other lids, making storage easy and you’ll never lose the matching lid! The containers also easily nest together. The other night I made tacos and used each piece of this 8-pc set (4 containers + 4 lids) for ingredients. It was SO easy to store leftovers after dinner–just pop each lid on and put them in the fridge! You can safely reheat these in the microwave too (unlike plastic containers) and they’re also freezer, oven and dishwasher safe.

Lids and bowls are BPA-free and a built-in gasket creates a leak-proof seal that keeps foods fresher, longer.

This set comes with 4 different sized bowls: a 1.5 cup (used for tomatoes & avocados in my pictures above), a 2.5 cup (used for shredded cheese), a 4 cup (used for shredded lettuce), and a 5.5 cup (used for the taco meat).
You can get this whole 8-pc set for only $25.99–great price, totally worth it! These babies will last a LONG time.
GIVEAWAY: one lucky winner will receive the same set I got to review–the 8pc Glass with Easy Find Lids! Please use the form below to enter (open to US and Canada).
~I received this product from Rubbermaid for my review and was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own!

We’re back with World Kitchen! I love that you can get SO MANY necessary items for your kitchen in one place. Ooo that just made me think–what a great place to have a wedding or “house warming” registry. And YES! They do have the option to make one and it can be public or private.
This time we’re going to check out products from Pyrex! Now there’s a name we all know and love. It’s a household brand, something always on your gift registries, and lots of great must-have products. I think Pyrex is best known for storage sets… whether they’re for baking or prep (or both)!

But Pyrex also has awesome cookware, measuring tools, mixing bowls, thermometers, timers, and LOTS more! We own a classic set of bake and prepware, like this 18-pc one:
We use it ALL the time. I love that after you bake or cook something, you can easily leave it in the same container–just cover with the lid and put it in the fridge. Also great for storing cut up fruits, soups, leftovers, etc! (By the way, this set is on sale right now for a GREAT deal–normally $75, on sale for $40.
For our review, we were sent a set of the Pyrex Roasting Skewers. These skewers are made of stainless steel and have easy-hold thumb grips that make them really easy to move and turn. There are crevices or dimpled surfaces in the skewers that hold spices and marinades to season food from the inside-out.
I love that they’re really strong and durable–these things are great for oven roasting or barbecues. We’ve used them all summer for grilling out with pieces of meat or veggies and we can tell they’ll last a long time.
GIVEAWAY: one lucky winner will get their own set of Pyrex Roasting Skewers! Please use the form below to enter.
