Love love LOVE Rescue Remedy. If you’re a regular reader, you’ve heard me talk about this awesome stress-reliever before. Some stress is good–it drives us to accomplish goals. But excessive stress can be harmful and should be managed. Dealing with stress and learning to relax is very important–especially when pregnant!!! WHY?
Short-term results of stress:

Rescue Remedy is my answer to stress. It’s “formulated to help you stress less and keep up with life’s demands.” AWESOME: it’s all-natural. You don’t have to worry about giving it to your kids (or even your pets!) because it’s safe. It comes in a variety of types so you can get what’s best for you:
 Pastilles: these chewy bites are alcohol- and sugar-free. They’re a little bit more firm than a typical gummy, but still easily chewable. Just the act of chewing itself is calming. These come in easy pop-closed tin that’s super handy to throw in your purse or desk. Pastilles come in 2 flavors: Elderflower & Orange and Black Currant. *do NOT give these to your pets.
 Gum: this is an orange and elderflower flavored gum with a liquid center–it has 4 drops of Rescue Remedy. Some people love chewing gum and do it as a way to relax, so this would be great for them. It comes in a thin cardboard box so it’s easy to take along in your purse or car, etc.
 Spray: this is quick and easy and that’s why I like it! It’s perfect for on-the-go. You just spray it twice on your tongue (that’s equal to 4 drops of the original Rescue Remedy Drops).

Healthy Child Healthy World is an amazing organization. Their mission is simple: “We ignite the movement that empowers parents to protect children from harmful chemicals.” They inspire and inform others to take action… to create safer, cleaner, and greener environments. There is no reason to comprise the health and safety of our little ones. Educate yourselves!

Using safe and natural sunscreens has been really important to us since Ryan was born–including using it on ourselves. GO!screen is an all-natural mineral powder sunscreen for kids and adults and is Ryan’s favorite, by far.
WHY is it Ryan’s favorite?? Because it’s a powder… you use a brush to put it on. See, Ryan LOVES brushes. He watches his mama put on make-up and is constantly stealing my brushes and rubbing them on his face and my face and daddy’s face… it’s the cutest thing.

We’re all about all-natural products and homepathic remedies. So when we first heard about Topricin, we knew had to try some! They have an entire line of all-natural pain-relief products that are safe and effective for the whole family.
