CmomGo is a new iPhone application (and website) that allows you to plan, coordinate and share with your friends, groups, coworkers… any of your “circles!” I took some screenshots of the app on my iPhone to show you how easy it is:

This is the app when you first enter. I had already created an account on their website, so I just click on “login” and am taken to the home screen. It shows me my messages, activities, galleries and circles. You can see that it’s clearly showing me I have one new message–exciting! I love getting mail

If I click on “circles,” it will show me a list of all the circles I belong to so I can select one for more details. I created two (so far)… one for my ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network) group and one for some other blogger friends that I know are going to BlogHer in August.
I clicked on “activities” and it shows me my upcoming events. I created one for my ICAN ladies for our March meeting and the BlogHer conference for my bloggy friends. If I select either of those, I get more details about how many and who have RSVP’d and if they’re attending or not. Super easy!
If you have mom groups, a circle of close friends, a committee at work, room moms for your child’s classroom… or a million other things… this app makes it really easy to stay in touch. It’s like a personal calendar, contact list and forum in one! You can create events and invite members, share pictures with certain groups, and send messages to others in your circles.
It’s great that you can access this from your phone while you’re out on the go, but you can also access your account and all the info from your computer at home. The website has all the same functions–so it’s alright it some of the moms in your group don’t have an iPhone, they can still join!
I love anything that makes life easier AND helps me stay connected with my friends. It’s so hard for me to pick up the phone and call someone, this makes it easy to create play dates or meetings.
Check it out at the app store: CmomGo on iTunes where it’s only $1.99. Also find them on facebook and twitter!

hmmm…we use google calendar, which works fairly well. Still, this seems so well set up to coordinate playdates and parties. I wish I had an iPhone (don’t get me started on how much I envy my friends’ iPhones).
