Thirsties cloth diaper giveaway

Covers for cloth diapers are a good idea to have around… we have some prefolds and some fitteds that need cover. I heard nothing but great things about Thirsties so I thought we should give them a try!

Thirsties has a Duo Wrap cover–it comes in two sizes that adjust with your baby and are all you’ll ever need from birth to potty training! They can be use with prefolds or the Stay Dry Duo Inserts. Size 1 fits from 6 to 18 pounds and Size 2 fits 18-40 pounds. We got Ryan a Size 2 and he was just about at 18 pounds and it works really well. These covers have an adjustable rise and offer protection against leaks with leg gussets.

Yep, he’s in my lap nursing–it was the only way he’d be still enough for me to get a picture of the diaper!! How cute is this print?! You can see we have the rise adjusted up one snap to make it tighter around his legs and the waist is fastened with aplix. Super easy! And here’s the Stay Dry Duo Insert:

I love these inserts. You just lay it inside the Duo Wrap cover and you’re done. No folding or anything. There are 2 layers of microfiber terry for absorbancy with 5 layers of hemp and the other side is fleece so it’s nice and soft on your baby’s bum. And let’s not forget about all the pretty colors and prints the Duo Wrap comes in!!
