We don’t use the freezer trays a whole lot anymore because Ryan mainly gets whole food (baby led weaning). But all the info in the cookbook and DVD is still very useful! Oh, but the freezer trays are still great for breastmilk! They’re BPA- and phthalate-free, so no worries!
